Refund & Cancellation Policy

Candidates never pay Getch Work, so there is nothing to refund.

Companies buy unlock credits. One credit unlocks one candidate's contact details, recordings and work files. Credits are digital and are added to your account as soon as payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.

• Unused credits: you can cancel a purchase for a full refund within 7 days, as long as no credit from it has been used.
• Used credits are not refundable, because the candidate's details have already been delivered.
• Wrong contact details: if an unlocked candidate's phone and email both do not work, tell us within 7 days and we will return that credit.

Email aravind@getchwork.in with your company name and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

If we suspend a company for breaking our Terms & Conditions, credits already used are not refunded. Unused credits are refunded unless the suspension was for misuse of candidate data.
