Getch Work (getchwork.in) is operated by M Aravind, an individual, at 8/1829C, Ponmalar Street, Pandiyan Nagar East, Ponnammal Nagar, Neripperichal, Puluvapatti, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641602. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Getch Work.

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person. Your details must be true and your own.
• Companies must be genuine businesses and must pass our verification before they can browse candidates.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

Getch Work helps candidates show evidence of their skills and helps companies find and contact them. We are not an employer and we do not promise a job, an interview or a hire.

Candidates never pay Getch Work. Companies pay only to unlock a candidate's contact details.

• Answer the interview yourself, without help from another person, notes read aloud or AI tools.
• Upload only documents and work that are genuinely yours and unaltered.
• List only employers you actually worked for, with a real contact at that company.

If we find false information, a forged document or interview help, we may remove your verification, hide your profile or close your account, and we may tell companies that unlocked you.

• Use candidate details only to consider that person for a job at your own company.
• Do not sell, share, publish or copy candidate data into other databases, and do not scrape the site.
• Do not charge candidates any fee, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
• Do not try to identify or contact a candidate without unlocking them through Getch Work.
• Keep the data you unlock secure and delete it when you no longer need it. Once you unlock a candidate, you are responsible for how you use their data under Indian data protection law.

If you break these rules we may suspend your account without refund of unlocks already used.

A verification level is our assessment of the evidence available to us: the recorded interview, employer confirmations, work samples and documents. Each item shows its source and date.

It is not a guarantee of a person's identity, honesty, qualifications or future performance. AI and human reviewers can make mistakes. Companies should make their own checks (references, background and document checks) before making a job offer.

Companies buy unlock packs. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. You pay the price shown. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and your unlocks are added to your account when the payment succeeds.

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store it, process it (including with AI), and show it to companies as described in our Privacy Policy, for as long as we keep it.

The Getch Work name, logo, design and software belong to us.

• Use the site for spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
• Use the employer-confirmation emails to contact anyone except a genuine past employer.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the site, or test its security without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or company.

You can close your account at any time from the "Your data" page or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

We provide Getch Work as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for hiring decisions, for what companies or candidates do, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to a company is limited to the amount it paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Companies agree to cover our losses caused by their misuse of candidate data or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to our Grievance Officer first; most problems can be solved that way. Any dispute that remains will be decided by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms. For important changes we will email you or show a notice on the site before they apply.
